KYLE PARKER

My name is Kyle Parker and I’m a Personal Trainer. I’ve been helping people achieve their health and fitness goals in NYC since 2015. In 2020, I expanded to virtual training and now teach all over the country.

In 2016 I was introduced to the Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) system and that helped bring my business to another level.

I focus first on people’s ability to control the ranges of motion they need for their goals. The development of this foundation is very commonly overlooked. Whether you’re pursuing muscle growth, weight/fat loss, or general physical preparation and longevity, you need to make sure that your body is prepared for the training process so you can adapt favorably to exercise.

I particularly enjoy working within the setting of injury and rehabilitation and have helped many bridge the gap between surgery and the reintroduction to athletics and/or strength and conditioning. I do not believe in the concept of injury prevention. I believe our bodies are highly adaptable and we can prepare intelligently and recover quickly with the right approaches to training.

Ignoring performance in the pursuit of appearance is the Achilles heel of the health and fitness industry. I will not take part in making someone look better while ignoring pain, limitations in range of motion and poor movement quality.

For many, success in the gym is the ultimate goal. For me personally, training is just a tool I utilize to make my life more adventurous. Exercise removes obstacles that may interfere with me taking part in activities that stimulate my personal growth, which ultimately bring me happiness and fulfillment. My fitness is my ticket to summit more mountains, learn new skills (MMA), and create new challenges for myself. All of these things demand that I remain a passionate student. I believe it that this is the secret to aging gracefully.

Within my client roster I have taught several therapists and training professionals who have all gone on to use the tools I’ve given them in their training and their businesses.

MY MISSION

Teach thousands of motivated individuals how to solve complex movement problems with simple training solutions.

Those who have decided that “easy” will no longer suffice are always welcome.
